T&A's  Shelter

Our shelter

T and A December 3, 1998

Design and build a shelter to protect yourself and your supplies.
Even though this project was a lot of fun it was really hard to get some of the pieces in certain places. It was not hard to turn the model upside down though. We drew our picture of the house on paper, revised it , and built it . At first we had bunkbeds but we had trouble with them so we changed it to only one bed. When we first built the door it would not stay open so we made a door stop. What shapes are used in shelters to make them sturdy and rigid? There are two plates in between the two beams at the corners. How are structures held together?
They were held together by connectors with friction and connectors without friction.
