Officer Dan Dancin' at DC
Barboursville Police Officer Dan Vance had
occasion to "dance" at Davis Creek Elementary while watching the Mars Red
Rover robot drive around it's habitat. The Red Rover software was
at Marshall University during Math Awareness Month and operated by Mrs.
Linda Hamilton. MU students were driving the small robot that was
located at Davis Creek Elementary. The MU students could see Officer
Dan through the small camera mounted on the top of the robot. Their
comment was, "It looks as though he's dancing!" Very fancy steppin',
Dan!
