Math Field Day was held on February 12
at Spring Hill Elementary.
Our school sent a fourth and fifth
grade
team.
We also had an alternate in case one
of
the team members were not able to attend.
Our math teams scored quite well among
Cabell County elementary schools.

Mr. Brown was kind enough to build our
fifth grade a "Roving Robot" box.
Our robots will be able to roam at will while we watch through the
plexiglass
bottom.
We also wish to thank our PTA for paying for the supplies needed to
build
the box.
Mrs. Martin, our art teacher, has agreed to paint the Mars landscape
for
the sides.
