Marshall University Continuing Education LEGO Robotics IV

Spotlight On LEGO Super Robotic Arm With Swiveling Body

Marshall University's Continuing Education Department is sponsoring Children's College from February 12 through March 4, 2000.  The student participants are working through the Mindstorms RoboLab.  The robots will be built, programmed, and tested.  Each robot will be operated for two weeks.  This week the LEGO Robotic Arm was changed from last week.  It now sports a swiveling base that allows the arm free movement.  It also works up and down.  Other students worked on a LEGO Haunted House ride, programming with RoboLab, programming Intelligent House to turn on the garage light and fan, and Rail Road signals that can be set various ways.  This is the final week of this series of classes.
