The Story of LEGO Misadventure
     This adventure is truing out to be more work than I ever dreamed!  First, the shipwreck.  Then gathering supplies, getting to the island, and building a shelter.  Now, I need to find water.

     I think for water I can make a crane to lift it from a fresh water source, such as a well.  The crane helps me gather water from my hand dug well.  Sheesh!  That was lots of work.  I built my crane out of an old car motor, some strong string I found on the island, a bucket, and anchor, some trees I cut down, some gears from an old clock, and an electrical power line.

     Now that I have water I will no longer be thirsty.  I just wish I wasn't so hungry!

The fifth grade students at Davis Creek Elementary used the LEGO Simple Motorized Machine Set to build their models for the Miss Adventure challenge.  The students also used LEGOCAD, an older software product from LEGO, to build their models virtually on the computer.
