The DC Skating Rink was constructed during the recent Christmas holiday by Mrs. Hamilton.  The mechanism below the skating rink works with gears and magnets to "guide" the skater.  An RCX brick has been programmed to swirl the skater through the mists of snow as she enjoys her skating session.  The following pictures will further demonstrate the placement of the gears and magnets to reproduce this project.
